We are an independent contractor for the Manufacturer. We assist in the preparation of design specifications for the construction projects including the Metal Building System and its erection.
Where appropriate, we assist in the supervision of the construction process for compliance with the contract documents. We may or may not provide professional design services, if our customers need us to. In any event, our responsibility is in the preparation of the order documents and the purchase and receipt of materials for construction.
